Apr. 2023 · In late 2022, Matlock signed a new worldwide solo record deal with Cooking Vinyl, which will see the label release Glen’s long-awaited, timely and politically pertinent new solo album Consequences Coming on April 27, 2023. The first single and video from the record “Head On A Stick” was followed by “Magic Carpet Ride” with the latest single being “The Ship”.

Consequences was recorded piecemeal in London and finds Matlock playing guitar and taking lead vocals. 12 of its 13 songs are originals, the exception being a surprise cover of the k.d. lang classic “Constant Craving.”. The album’s first few songs are more topical fare.
