A fantastic funk jazz exploration. Slaughter's Big Rip-Off delves deeper into the soundtrack sound more so than Black Caesar did. There are some recycled tunes here of course that are given the updated treatment, like "Happy for the Poor" which is really "Gimme Some More", "Brother Rapp", and "Sexy, Sexy, Sexy" which is "Money Won't Change You"…but whatevs…nice to hear them heavier and ...
