21. Feb. 2024 · By COMMUTE: If you want to go to Tops the traditional way, you can ride any jeepney going to Busay such as 04L or 04H and tell the driver to drop you off to JY Square. From there, ride a habal-habal (motorbike) and tell the driver to drop you off to Tops Lookout, approximate time of travel is about 30 – 40 mins. Fare is P100 per person (one-way).
