Oscar Luigi Scalfaro ['skalfaro], nado o 9 de setembro de 1918 en Novara e finado o 29 de xaneiro de 2012, foi un político italiano, piemóntés, presidente da República Italiana entre 1992 e 1999. Posteriormente foi senador vitalicio. Graduouse en Dereito pola Universidade Católica do Sagrado Corazón, en Milán o 1942.

Oscar Luigi Scalfaro (n. 9 septembrie 1918 - d. 29 ianuarie 2012) a fost un om politic italian, al nouălea președinte al țării, mandat deținut în perioada 28 mai 1992 - 15 mai 1999. A fost membru al Democrazia Cristiana .

Poste jis pakeitė Francesco Cossiga, o 1999 m. poste jį pakeitė Carlo Azeglio Ciampi. Taip pat jis yra buvęs Italijos švietimo ministru.
