It was a week of bonding with classmates and doing service that had tangible effects on the community. It captured the essence of fusing academics with service, an underlying theme of Brook Hill.

During my years at Winchendon, I grew not only as a student but as an individual. Transferring from a larger private school, I felt loss in class.

The teachers are engaged, and there are a variety of ways for students to be involved especially in high school. There are lots of sports, arts, clubs etc. so everyone has an opportunity try different interests.

It seems like they strategize to keep parents at a distance where they cannot know what is exactly happening with their children. Further, they are not transparent in terms of what is being read to the children ...
