Contact a new bank. Drop TD. Drop TD then open a new bank still affiliated with Zelle but use a different phone number or email address. Don't attempt to even use the same number or email address you were using with TD otherwise you will get a flagged from the new bank's system that you were banned from using Zelle with another bank.

I opened my account 5 days ago, and zelle hasn't worked for me at all. I can receive money but cannot send. It tells me "for your protection we are not able to send the Zelle payment. Zelle support said they only work with their app. WF states there is no timeline of when it will work for me. They just suggest I keep trying.
