I actually purchased this record for Johnny "Guitar" Watson's involvement, but little did I know Larry Williams himself is something of a legend in the history of rock 'n roll. His story intrigues me (he committed suicide in 1980, some say he was murdered), The Beatles were big fans and covered his tunes, along with other British invasion acts.
