30. März 2024 · Spanky & Our Gang was active from 1966 to 1969, which means that McFarlane would have been between 24 and 27 years old during that time. Relationships While McFarlane’s romantic relationships have never been publicly disclosed, it’s interesting to note that another member of the band, Malcolm Hale, was married to actress/model Valerie French.
It also includes extensive liner notes by Richard Barton Campbell and rare photos of the band. Spanky herself was involved throughout the course of the development of the set, and is almost as excited as we are — well, maybe even more— to see this out on CD, as much for the band’s legion of fans as for herself.
