Mai 2019 · I am delighted that the partnership of Welsh Government, Denbighshire County Council and the Catholic Church will deliver a brand new school to serve the families of Rhyl and the surrounding parishes. Christ the Word Catholic School will build on the ethos, success and achievements at the core of education provision across the Diocese.
Year 7 has 4 tutor groups and all learners are taught in these mixed ability tutor groups for most lessons. Learners are set in Mathematics and are put into smaller groups for practical lessons such as cooking. The start of the day for this year group is 8.45am and ends at 2.55pm.
