Tony Reeves (born 18 April 1943, New Eltham, London, England) is an English bass guitarist/contrabassist. In the 1960's, he was assistant to Tony Hatch at Pye Records before leaving to become a freelance producer for CBS and Polydor and creative director of the Greenwich Gramophone Company .
Tony Reeves. Author of ground-breaking journalism that contributed to the establishment of the 1973 Moffitt Royal Commission, Reeves remained for many years one of Australia’s leading lay experts on organised crime. Much later in life he published his popular biographies of Lennie McPherson (2005), Abe Saffron (2007), and George Freeman (2011).
27. Sept. 2022 · Tony Reeves, the former chief executive of Liverpool City Council, is expected to be made interim chief executive at Windsor & Maidenhead RBC. Mr Reeves resigned from Liverpoolwith immediate effect in July, just over a year after the government sent commissioners in after "multiple serious failures" were uncovered in an inspection report.

16. Apr. 2024 · Tony Reeves’s appointment as the new Chief Executive of Wakefield Council has been formally confirmed at Full Council today (16 April 2024). He will take up the post with immediate effect and the roles of Returning Officer, Electoral Registration Officer and Combined Authority Local Returning Officer from 6 May 2024.
