Granted, The Dictators were (faster and) louder than most, so that allows the music to overcome any surface noise the scuffs would create, but still. The disc has visible groovewear in a few spots, but zero distortion anywhere. I cannot imagine how a NM copy would sound. The Dictators formed in 1974 and were one of the finest Proto Punk bands to come out of the city. They played loud, fast Rock 'n' Roll influenced by the British invasion and the sonic onslaught of the Who.
