Death in Paradise has revealed that Samantha Bond, best known for playing Miss Moneypenny in the James Bond films, will guest star in the new series. The 57-year-old actress, who starred opposite Pierce Brosnan’s 007 in four movies, is the latest top name announced for series nine of the BBC1 detective hit.
