17. Juni 2022 · LEXINGTON — Kentucky basketball Hall of Famer and radio analyst Mike Pratt died Thursday after a battle with cancer.. He was 73. A Dayton, Ohio, native, Pratt played for Kentucky from 1966 to 1970.
Mike Pratt byl nejen vynikajícím hercem, ale také velmi uznávaným jazzovým hudebníkem. Hrál na piano a kytaru, spolupracoval jako textař s Lionelem Bartem na písních pro Tommyho Steelea. Jeho syn Guy Pratt, vynikající baskytarista, hrál s Pink Floyd, Roxy Music, Madonnou či Michaelem Jacksonem. Mike Pratt zemřel 10. července 1976 ve věku 45 let na rakovinu plic.
