Der italienische Horrorfilm „Across the River“ aus dem Jahre 2013 erschien am 08. Mai 2014 in den deutschen Kinos. Italien kann gerade in den späten 1960er und den 1980er Jahre auf eine Tradition für gute Horrorstreifen zurückblicken. Mit der Low-Budget-Produktion von „Across the River“ ist dem Regisseur eine gute, düstere Arbeit gelungen.
