Das Lebensende: Helmuth Johannes Ludwig von Moltke verstarb im April 1916 während in Berlin der Staatsakt für den im osmanischen Reich verstorbenen Generalfeldmarschall Colmar von der Goltz stattfand an einem Schlaganfall.
