Jacques Lucien Jean Delors ( Párizs, 1925. július 20. – 2023. december 27.) francia közgazdász, a Francia Szocialista Párt politikusa. Jacques Delors was a strong advocate of European integration. His contagious enthusiasm swiftly ignited a shared vision among Member States, culminating in the signature of the Single European Act. It paved the way for the creation of the Single Market by 1992, allowing free movement of persons, goods, capitals and services.
