  1. Probably Booker T's best effort with their brand of funky R&B very interesting and unique variety mix - completely enjoyable - front to back. Not sure why this one isn't sold off the shelves to collectors. Booker T plays lead with his infectious Hammond B3 and interplays with guitar and bass with some trumpet, sax and vocal background with a driving rhythm. Top shelf.

Other members were Al Jackson Jr. (drums), Steve Cropper (guitar), and Lewis Steinberg (bass guitar) who was replaced by Donald "Duck" Dunn in 1963.

In 2007, they were presented with the GRAMMY® Lifetime Achievement Award, while they were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1992, the Memphis Music Hall of Fame in 2012, and the Blues Hall of Fame in 2019.
