Léonid Ilitch Brejnev, né le 6 décembre 1906 à Kamenskoïe et mort le 10 novembre 1982 à Moscou, est un homme d'État soviétique d'origine ukrainienne, secrétaire général du Parti communiste de l'Union soviétique, et donc principal dirigeant de l'URSS de 1964 à 1982.
