Coming to school at Wetherby School is an extraordinary experience. Expectations. Wetherby High School Sixth Form expects high standards from students. It is right that Sixth Form students have more independence as this is a time when they are learning skills that will help them make an effective transition from school to higher education or employment.
Each boy at Wetherby has the opportunity to progress through to Wetherby Prep School. Approximately forty percent of each year’s cohort proceed to Wetherby Prep. We also send a large number of boys to King’s College Junior School Wimbledon, St Paul’s Juniors, Sussex House and Westminster Under.
Wetherby School is exempt from the learning and development requirements of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). This allows us the freedom to exercise our own professional judgement in implementing the Reception curriculum with teaching and learning strategies that are best suited to the individual needs of the boys at Wetherby.
