Zum Schluss muss „Midnight Heat“ dann rund 1 Minute vor Schluss noch eine extradämliche Wende einbauen, die den Gesamteindruck vom sonst ganz gut erdachten Plot dann doch ein wenig schmälert. Zudem hapert es bei „Midnight Heat“ öfter mal an kleinen Details, angefangen bei diversen sehr ausgelutschten Klischees.
