Be that as if may, War Babies was the first charted album from the duo, reaching #86 in the fall of 1974, a far cry from the blue-eyed soul fashioned by Daryl and John, possessing limited if any dynamic range, reminding me of something recorded inside of a coffee can, or perhaps that Whole Oats can imaged on their first album cover.
