Classix Nouveaux oli 1979 kuni 1985 tegutsenud inglise uue laine ansambel. Bändi esinemistele andis tooni ekstravagantne laulja Sal Solo . Tuntuimateks hittideks on 1981 salvestatud "Guilty" ja "Tokyo" ning 1982 aasta hitid "Is It a Dream" ja "Because You're Young".

The pair hailed from X-Ray Spex, a pioneering London punk band famed for the 1977 single “Oh Bondage, Up Yours” and the 1978 album Germfree Adolescence .

Although Classix Nouveaux's more guitar-heavy sound separated them from the mostly synthetic rhythms of Japan and Ultravox, the group's appetite for stylish fashion and danceable keyboards had them quickly associated with the flashier parts of the budding new wave movement.
