David Keith Lynch was born on January 20, 1946 in Missoula, Montana. Two months later, the family moved to Sandpoint, a city situated in the state of Idaho. Due to his work, Lynch’s father was forced to move often, which is why David got acquainted with a wandering life at a fairy early age.
