  4. These are legit jazz musicians performing on this release, although noticeably restrained in their sidemen roles. Joni's mature voice is honey-toned and warm. This is a loving tribute to Charles Mingus, and achieves that quite successfully. This pressing is excellent. Sounds beautiful, actually.
