I previously posted about a guy I know, a fellow drummer and industry insider. He is certain that Tony didn't play Bring it on Down and Noel in fact played it. The official story is, Tony couldn't play it right so they got in another drummer to play it. He played it a few times and then Tony had one last go and got it right.

Just finished reading the Tony McCarroll book Oasis The Truth. It was a great read, it took me right back to the early days. But wow, Noel didn’t come off as being much of a nice guy. I know Noel had a band to run but he sounded like a nightmare to work with.
Here's how I would format this podcast release post: I interview the founding Oasis member and driving force behind Definitely Maybe, Tony McCarroll. We cover his time in the band, his thoughts on later Oasis albums and Liam and Noel's solo work. Plus he tells the story of his reunion with Liam last year.
