The Code is a quest item that can be found in the Doctor's House. It is a note with a code scribbled on it. The code unlocks the metal door in the Train Wreck. The code is written on a page from the Doctor's Notepad.

You can find the combination to anything within the save file, just hit ctrl + f , type in "combination" and search for the code by looking at the name associated with the code. *I don't know which combination is correct, just try both and see which one works
