Makes sense to move on campus - but I would’ve been inclined to put the remains by his statue at the stadium vice the campus graveyard. The casket of the legendary football coach who made Notre Dame a powerhouse was exhumed from a South Bend cemetery and reburied at the University of Notre Dame. The graves of his wife, son and grandson were also moved.
