17. März 2018 · In 1924, the name was changed to Lon Morris College after Mr. R.A. (Lon) Morris left his entire estate to the school. Graduates in each generation of the school’s history would become leaders in all walks of life. Many in Texas, especially in Jacksonville, still grieve the closing of this storied institution.
