  1. West College Scotland appointed Liz Connolly as their principal and chief executive on 3 September 2018. She had been the college's vice-principal corporate development since its formation in 2013. The very first principal and chief executive of West College Scotland was Audrey Cumberford, who was also the principal of the former Reid Kerr College.

  2. On 1 August 2013, Clydebank College (Clydebank), James Watt College (Greenock) and Reid Kerr College (Paisley) are merging to form West College Scotland, one of Scotland's largest Colleges.

  3. Ronald, from Paisley, started his career at Glasgow Airport as a Modern Apprentice in partnership with Reid Kerr College back in October 2000. He has held numerous senior roles at the airport and the wider AGS Airport group with a range of leadership responsibilities across our airside, rescue and fire, security, terminal, engineering, and capital investment.

  4. West College Scotland has had a presence in the town for nearly 70 years (as Reid Kerr College until 2013), and retains a deep commitment to Paisley. We are actively engaged with Renfrewshire Council and others partners to revitalise and regenerate the town centre for the benefit of our communities and as an acknowledgement of a glorious heritage.
