The Hollywood Flames were an American R&B vocal group in the 1950s, best known for their No. 11 hit "Buzz-Buzz-Buzz" in 1957.
In November 1951, Unique released "Dividend Blues" and "W-I-N-E" (both led by Bobby) by the "Hollywood's Four Flames." Sherman Williams had some kind of deal going with Art Rupe, owner of Specialty Records and its Fidelity subsidiary. Thus, several Unique masters found their way to Rupe's labels.
