2nd press, with different artwork, of this EP originally released by Drag City (and Domino in UK) as a limited edition CD entitled "Songs Put Together For (The Broken Giant)," only available with initial copies of the album "Arise Therefore." Estep Nagy commissioned this music and is responsible for the selection from Job.
The first in a series of "soundtrack" releases by Will Oldham, this is the only one, as far as I can tell, that's actually the soundtrack to something. It's not an exciting release by any stretch of the imagination, even though most of the songs have vocals. This was later re-issued as Black/Rich Music.
