What sets Acid House apart is its distinctive use of the Roland TB-303 bass synthesizer, which produces a squelchy, resonant sound often described as “acid.”.
Acid House è, infatti, un libro di racconti che, riportato in questo film a episodi del tutto sconnessi tra loro, non riesce nel suo intento. Un film che più che piacere può essere apprezzato dai seguaci dei mondi di Welsh e del tutto incomprensibile per chi a questi mondi è completamente estraneo.
