30. Mai 2022 · Beanie was incredibly funny and strong in comic scenes, but a lot of the singing was just borderline acceptable — and no, "it's not Barbra" is not an excuse. The singing actually sounded weak, tentative and high school level in many parts. Granted I saw previews and I heard there was improvement, but it was just shocking to see the star of the show fall that short.
5. Dez. 2021 · Beanie Feldstein did Broadway before she was well-known. She is funny, adorable and I think she will be great. I think she's going to be amazing - she sure was in Hello, Dolly. I remember seeing her at the stage door after the show and telling her how she kept me laughing any time she was on stage.
