Gilly Meagher ( m. 2010) Raymond Francis Meagher OAM (born 4 July 1944) is an Australian actor. Since 1988, he has played the role of Alf Stewart in the soap opera Home and Away. He won a Gold Logie Award for his role in Home and Away in 2010. Meagher was born in Roma, Queensland. He attended school on the Gold Coast and in Brisbane.
