Leighton John Baines (født 11. december 1984 i Kirkby, England) er en engelsk fodboldspiller, der spiller som venstre back hos Premier League-klubben Everton FC. Baines was also named in the PFA Team of the Year for the second campaign in succession, and was the only outfield player to feature in every minute of his club's Premier League campaign. In 2014-15, Baines broke Graeme Le Saux's record for most assists by a Premier League defender, with his record-breaking 45th coming against Manchester City in January 2015.
