Hallo, Wenn ich Jigsaw starte und den Klassik-Modus aktiviere, werden unter "Eigene Puzzles" nur Landschaft und Wildtiere aufgelistet. Alle anderen bereits heruntergeladenen Puzzle werden nicht gelistet. Sie sind auch nicht unter "herunterladbare Kollektionen" abrufbar.

18. Jan. 2020 · Microsoft Jigsaw funktioniert heute nicht mehr. Vorinformation: Ich habe das letzte Update von Windows 10 installiert. Gestern noch konnte man Jigsaw spielen, wurde aber nicht mehr automatisch angemeldet wie früher. Heute nun ist Jigsaw total verschwunden. Klicke ich es an, schließt es sich automatisch nach ein paar Sekunden wieder.

I just lost all of the progress on my completed jigsaw puzzles. This is not an Xbox issue, as I don't log into Xbox. How can I restore my months of work?
25. Okt. 2018 · Re-installed M/S Jigsaw, and found the same issue. We went through all the solutions again, and still no success. We ran the Troubleshooter and it said that there were no issues. So we uninstalled the app and then re-installed. Re-booted the Go and then tried the app again. It still crashed/closed down.
15. Feb. 2018 · magic jigsaw puzzle - mouse problems. I have been having problems with the mouse during this game. It seems to slow the mouse down quite often and also often while moving a piece, the pointer lags behind and transfers and drags the main puzzle or some other piece instead. Anyone else have this problem (I am on windows 10)
