Virgin Atlantic war dann so schlecht organisiert, dass das notwendige Reinigungspersonal nicht zur Verfügung stand, was schliesslich zu weiteren 2 Stunden Verzögerung führte. Dass Flieger sich verspäten, kann vorkommen, dass dann aber kein Reinigungspersonal zur Verfügung steht, ist schlicht schlechte Organisation. War für uns das erste und letzte Mal mit Virgin Atlantic fliegen.
