21. Juni 2024 · With Guto Pryce they recorded the track "Gyda Gwen" which attracted the attention of Rhys Mwyn at Crai Records. Mwyn arranged for Matthews and Roberts to be joined by Dafydd Ieuan on drums, former Y Cyrff member Paul Jones on bass, and Londoner Clancy Pegg on keyboards.
5. Juni 2024 · He left Catatonia to focus on SFA, who had formed around the same time, and was replaced by Aled Richards, although he still appears in the artwork for Catatonia's debut album 'Way Beyond Blue'. SFA bassist Guto Pryce was also an early member of Catatonia.
