Roger Troutman- I Wanna Be Your Man. Probably a bit of a stretch, and is more like a Phillip Bailey OHW because he was already in a moderately successful band (the influential but NHW ZAPP!). Also if you include features than he's technically a 2 hit wonder, though many don't know he's on the song/ know it better than his own hit.
