Here is what you need: Google AMD DDU. DDU will remove all elements of the current AMD driver. https://www.guru3d.com/download/display-driver-uninstaller-download/. For all of my FO3 and NV players the best thing to do is uninstall the new driver and reinstall the old drivers. Here is a link to the old drivers.
