Everywhere at the end of time is supposed to be the caretaker getting dementia. It is why Leyland stopped using the caretaker moniker after EATOT. Songs like Libet Delay and an Empty Bliss beyond this world are the caretaker trying to remember AEBBTW songs.

It's a good precursor to EATEOT and An Empty Bliss Beyond This World, but it doesn't get treated like that. the album is Supposed to be what Continuous Recurrence of Expressions is to Persistent Repetition of Phrases. its Inspired by We'll All Go Riding On A Rainbow, but not the exact same. So, what did you think of the track?
Something like "Synapse retrogenesis" in the same piece of work as "An empty bliss beyond this world" - something about it blends biology with emotion in a way that makes me incredibly uncomfortable.
