Joe Ely / Honky Tone Masquerade / 1978. I was expecting to hate this album as the unnecessary entry by a good but not great singer-songwriter. Instead I enjoyed it quite a bit, it sounded kind of refreshing because of the albums that came before. Not great, but almost a nice surprise. Spotify / YouTube Music.
