Pretty or ugly people can have pretty or ugly personalities. Pretty people definitely have advantages socially, which just means people need to work harder to push through any stereotypes pushed on them.
It can be true, and there is some percentage of people that are "pretty" and also not very bright, but there is no way to accurately put a number on it to encapsulate people in general, and we shouldn't. There are plenty of "ugly" people that aren't very bright, too... being less attractive doesn't make someone smarter.
