  7. I never really noticed Buffy's Indian thing. As for quality of voice, it's a matter of taste, I think. Many people can't stand Dylan's, much less Leonard Cohen's, or Johnny Cash's or even Frank Sinatra's. I go by whether a song or a singer moves me. This song moves me for sure.
