Mai 2024 · Hij twijfelde er aan of Curzio Malaparte de intellectuele erfgenaam van D'Annunzio was, zoals wel eens beweerd wordt, maar hij vond het beledigend dat Malaparte als een vulgaire en verslechterende versie van D'Annunzio werd gezien. Feit is dat Malaparte helemaal in de huid kroop van D'Annunzio.
