In Bill Hicks co-written by Kevin Booth, there was a part where Kevin mentioned that on the way back from Bill Hicks funeral, Bill had appeared sitting shotgun and said that he had done it. He pulled off the world’s biggest joke like it was all a magic trick. Sounds to me like Kevin threw that in there as another form of mockery proving that Bill never died.
