Rasim Delić (* 4. Februar 1949 in Čelić; † 16. April 2010 in Sarajevo) war von 1993 bis 1995 Oberkommandierender der bosnischen Armee. Nakon završetka rata u Bosni i Hercegovini Rasim Delić je bio komandant Zajedničke komande Vojske Federacije BiH, sve do penzionisanja u septembru 2000. godine.

Delić appealed the decision but died before the Appeals Chamber could issue a judgment on his appeal. The Chamber was faced with two questions.
