The George building collapse rescue and recovery operation has concluded, Western Cape Local Government, Environmental Affairs and Development Planning MEC Anton Bredell announced on Friday. This follows an operation which lasted 260 hours, with personnel working on a 24-hour basis, with two shifts on rotation.
