14. Dez. 2023 · Museum und Bibliothek der Kunsthochschule Musashino sind ideal für Kunstliebhaber und in vier Bereiche aufgeteilt: Museum, Bücherei, Volkskunstgalerie und Bilderbibliothek. Im Museum finden jedes Jahr rund 8 Ausstellungen statt, während die Volkskunstgalerie einem dabei hilft, die traditionelle japanische Kultur zu entdecken.

Die Kunsthochschule Musashino - Musashino Art University (abgekürzt MAU) - ist weltweit als Ideenlabor und Denkfabrik auf dem Gebiet der Kunst und des Designs bekannt. Ursprünglich im Jahr 1967 von Yoshinobu Ashihara erbaut, wurde die die Architekturfakultät der Hochschule 1974 von seinem berühmten Schüler Yoichiro Hosaka erweitert.
