The band formed under the name the Nomads as a duo in 1962 and originally consisted of bassist Keith Karlson (born Keith Alcock) and Jon "Bob" Conrad. After that the band was joined in September 1962 by lead singer, pianist Stu James (born Stuart Slater), rhythm guitarist, vocalist Adrian Lord (born Adrian Wilkinson). [2] .
Keith A. Karlson is a founding partner of Karlson Garza McQueary LLC. Prior to founding KGM LLC with Raymond Garza and Mark McQueary, Keith was a partner at another law firm where he represented public safety labor unions, and Article 3 and 4 pension funds.
"Everything's Alright" is credited to all five members of the band (Nicky Crouch, Bob Konrad, Stu James, Keith Karlson and "Simon Stavely", a pseudonym for keyboardist Terence O'Toole). Only Karlson, James and Stavely are listed as writers of the b-side, "Give Your Lovin' To Me". [1]
